[Tutorial] Register and Activate a MetaCard
Step 1: Log in to the Minting site
Visit the Minting website at: https://minting.metahub.finance
Sign in with your account. Ensure you sign in with the account associated with your NFT-Passes or staking credentials.
Step 2: Register for MetaCard
After logging in, in the bottom left corner there will be a notification banner if your Minting account meets the qualifications for MetaHub's MetaCard programs.
To start the card registration process, click the button “Claim Now”.
Then press “Start” to begin the card registration process.
Select “Physical Card” in the MetaCard registration interface.
Enter your email address in the request box and press “Submit”.
Note: This email will be the primary identifier associated with the specified wallet. Each email can only be associated with a single wallet and is the basis for MetaHub to exchange and verify the identity of MetaCard card information.
Press “Proceed” to complete the initial registration step.
FAQ: I logged in to the Minting site but I don't see the MetaCard registration notification popup.
💡If you don't see the MetaCard registration notification, check if you meet the criteria listed below. If issues persist, consider contacting support or checking for site updates.
MetaCard Qualifications
Number of NFTs purchased: Minimum 170 NFT-Passes Activated.
June 2024 Promotion (June 1 - June 30): Minimum 111 NFT-Passes Activated.
August 2024 Promotion:
From August 1 - August 15: Staking or Airdrop 25,000 MEN.
From August 16 - August 31: Staking or Airdrop 50,000 MEN.
Step 3: Visit the MetaCard page
You will be redirected to the MetaCard page
Re-enter the email address registered in the previous step (Step 2).
Note: Entering a wrong or different email in step 2 will cause the system to incorrectly identify the owner associated with the wallet, which will result in MetaHub not being able to identify the registration information and not delivering the card to you if you enter the wrong email.
Check your email for the confirmation code, then enter the code in the verification box on the MetaCard page.
Note:
Please enter your email correctly because a confirmation code will be sent to this email. If you enter it incorrectly, you will not receive the verification code.
Make sure you check your Spam or Junk folder If you don't see the confirmation email in your main mailbox.
Step 4: Register for Physical MetaCard and Identity Verification (KYC)
After logging in, at the MetaCard home page, select “Order a Physical Card”.
Next, you need to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify your identity:
Upload identification documents: You will be asked to provide your passport. Passport photos should be taken with complete information on the main page, perpendicular.
Note: Now you need to choose whether your passport belongs to the EEA (European Economic Area) or non-EEA, that is, the European Economic Area. For passports from countries outside the above areas, please select non-EEA.
Face verification:
Activate your device's camera. The system will guide users to perform simple actions such as turning their heads to ensure this is a direct action of the operator.
If you use a computer but do not have a camera, the system allows you to continue the process by scanning the QR code to continue operating on the phone.
Facial recognition technology will scan and compare the image of the user's face with the photo in the previously uploaded identification document.
Verification results:
After completing the face verification process, the system will automatically compare and provide authentication results:
If there is a match, the user's identity will be successfully verified.
If there is no match, the user may be asked to try again or provide additional documentation.
Note:
Please ensure that your identification documents are valid and current. Photos of documents must be clear and not blurred.
During the face verification process, operations such as rotating the head need to be performed according to instructions for the system to authenticate successfully. Avoid places with low lighting or complex backgrounds when verifying faces.
Do not wear glasses, remove them and authenticate to help the process go more accurately and quickly.

💡 The personal information you provide will be strictly confidential and only used to verify your identity. We have modern security systems to protect your data. After completing the verification process, your information will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.
Step 5: Pay the Registration Fee
After completing identity verification, you will make payment for the card registration fee.
Select the type of token you want to use for payment.
Note: The other type of token besides BTC and ETH is USDT. Users must be very careful to choose the right chain and the right token. Therefore, it is best to select USDT and POL (old MATIC) on the Polygon chain. Any loss due to mistakes cannot be recovered and lost property can be recovered.
Complete payment within 30 minutes follow the instructions on the screen.
Note:
You need to pay within 30 minutes, otherwise, the transaction will be canceled. Make sure to have enough balance in your account before proceeding.
FAQ: What is the minimum balance I need to complete the payment?
💡 For physical cards: The minimum balance required to complete the payment is 6 EUR.
For virtual cards: For the registration fee, you need to have at least 6 USD in your account.
Step 6: Receive the card and Activate the card
After completing the KYC and payment process, you need to log in to the MetaCard site again. To check the card approval process, it may take 1-3 days before your registration is successful.
After receiving the card, you need to visit the MetaCard site and proceed to activate the card
Select “Active Now”
Enter the necessary information such as card number or serial number and security code (CVV) on the back of the card.
FAQ: If I lose my card, what should I do?
💡 If you lose your card, you need to log in to the MetaCard site, select the lost card, then select “Report Loss”, a window appears and select Report Loss. In case you want to cancel the card, select "Cancel card submit"
Step 7: Use the card
Once the card has been activated, you can use the MetaCard for online transactions or at locations that accept MetaCard cards.
Log in to your MetaCard dashboard to check balances, transaction history, and related information.
The system will then appear a QR code with the wallet address. You can actively transfer the corresponding amount to the wallet address, or scan the QR code to top up the balance.
